Signia MaX
The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid that uses four coordinated AI systems to help you follow conversation in noisy group settings while keeping you connected to the world around you.
The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid built on Signia's new MaX platform, which uses four AI systems working together to help you follow conversation in busy, moving group settings. It is designed for the kind of listening most hearing aids find hardest: several people talking at once with noise coming from every direction. We fit the Signia Pure C&G MaX at Audiologic Solutions in Rensselaer, Hudson, Queensbury, and Saratoga Springs, NY.
Four AI Systems, One Coordinated Result
Most hearing aids use artificial intelligence for a single job, usually reducing background noise. Signia takes a broader approach it calls Acoustic Intelligence. Rather than one network, the Pure C&G MaX runs four task-specific Deep Neural Networks that share information: one detects speech, one recognizes your own voice, one reads the environment, and one analyzes noise. Working together, they give the hearing aid a fuller picture of a room before deciding how to process sound, instead of simply lowering whatever it judges to be noise.
In practice, that means it can soften a noisy bar while you wait alone, then shift when friends arrive, tracking talkers and rebalancing as the conversation moves around the table.
Key Features of the Signia Pure C&G MaX
- RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI: Locates and enhances multiple conversation partners during fast-moving group conversations.
- Own Voice Processing AI: Makes your own voice sound natural, and works immediately with no in-clinic training step.
- Ambient Scene Adaptation AI: Reads your surroundings continuously instead of sorting them into fixed categories.
- Dynamic Noise Control AI: Weighs the type of noise and whether you are actually in conversation before deciding how much to reduce it.
- All-Day Rechargeable Power: Up to 30 hours on a charge, with a pocket-size charger that holds up to four full charges.
- OneConnect Connectivity: Combines Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio, and a telecoil in one hearing aid. The device is also Auracast-ready in hardware, with full Auracast functionality arriving through a Signia One app update by March 2027.
Signia reports that 97% of wearers tested performed better with MaX in noisy group conversations than with key competitors. That figure comes from manufacturer-sponsored research, so we view it as promising evidence that still needs to be weighed against independent testing and your own real-world results.
Is the Signia Pure C&G MaX Right for You?
This platform is worth considering if your biggest challenges are restaurants, social events, meetings, and family gatherings, or if you want a hearing aid ready for both current and emerging wireless audio. But the most advanced device is not automatically the best one for every person. Your hearing test, speech-in-noise ability, ear anatomy, and listening goals all shape the right choice, which is why we fit several manufacturers and recommend the MaX only when it genuinely fits your hearing.
